What is the minimum rental quantity?
We rent from a single machine upwards. Larger volumes for events, training rooms and project teams are quoted per requirement.
What is the shortest rental period?
Rentals start from under a week for events and short projects, and run to monthly and long-term plans for ongoing requirements.
Is a deposit required?
A refundable security deposit applies to most rentals. The amount depends on the equipment and rental duration, and is confirmed in your quote.
How quickly can machines be delivered?
Subject to availability, we deliver and set up within Kolkata and Siliguri at short notice. Share your date and quantity and we will confirm exactly what we can deploy.
What happens if a machine develops a fault?
Support is included for the full rental period. We troubleshoot on site and replace the unit if it cannot be fixed quickly, so your team is not left waiting.
Can machines be pre-configured with our software?
Yes. Machines can be delivered with your required operating system, applications and network settings already in place.
